FOR EDUCATORS

You teach the art. We'll teach the fundamentals.

Music Ace Maestro teaches note reading, rhythm, and ear training, one skill at a time, with a game for every lesson. Its teacher dashboard shows you exactly who's mastering what. Built for band, orchestra, choir, piano, and general music.

Maestro Max
HOW IT WORKS

Their screen, your screen

Students get Maestro Max, a lesson, and a game with a score to beat. You get the same lessons, the same games, and the same scores, laid out by student and by lesson. Nothing to hand in, nothing to grade.

What your students see
Lesson 3, Beat and Tempo: Maestro Max explains that Allegro means fast
A lesson, then its game. Twenty minutes, at their own pace.
What you see
Teacher dashboard: one lesson, progress and game scores for every student in the group
Every section they completed and every score they earned, the moment they earn it.
48 LESSONS · 48 GAMES

Students always know where they are

The lesson menu describes what each lesson and game covers, and shows the student's own completion status and game high scores right on the card. Finish a lesson, play its game, beat your score.

The 48 lessons interleave staff reading, the keyboard, rhythm, and ear training in careful order: see the full curriculum.

WHAT CHANGES IN REHEARSAL

The rote skills arrive already learned

Every music room spends time on the same handful of things that aren't music yet. Here is what that time turns into when students have already done them in Music Ace.

Band

The dotted quarter is lesson 24. The trumpets count it in the lab on Monday and play it in the passage on Tuesday, and the first ten minutes of rehearsal go to balance and phrasing instead.

Choir

A new piece on the stand is read, not guessed. Steps and skips, the key signature, the rest that everyone used to sing through: learned on the staff before the first read-through.

Orchestra

Ear training runs through every lesson, so the violinist who was playing F for F♯ hears it. Intonation becomes something students fix themselves instead of something you stop for.

General music

Twenty-eight students, one lab period, every one at their own pace while you circulate. Afterwards the dashboard shows who finished and who needs you next time.

THE TEACHER DASHBOARD

Know who's mastering what, without collecting a single worksheet

Every lesson section and every game score, for every student, in tables you can sort, filter, print, and export. Rosters in the groups you define, filled from a spreadsheet in one upload.

Fits the week you already have

20 minutes completes a lesson, usually the game too. Lab rotation, study hall, or at home before rehearsal.

Nothing to install

Runs in the browser on Mac, Windows, Chromebook, and iPad. Progress follows the student across devices.
